
Accordingly, the Minister directed:
- Department of Overseas Labor: Propagating Vietnamese workers to stay and abide the host country's regulations on the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic; not moving to infected areas by Covid-19; also ensure the rights of workers in case of being affected by Covid-19 epidemic.
Urgently perfect online public services to register labor supply contracts, in connection with the National Public Service Portal.
- Department of Employment, Department of Labor Relations and Wages: Instructing localities to organize online job transaction to connect labor supply and demand.
Monitor and understand the status of the impact of Covid-19 to workers and employers in localities (update data regularly). So that to promptly propose solutions to support workers and employers; guide and solve in time arising problems, preventing strikes during the time of Covid-19 epidemic.
Strengthening the guidance of localities to manage and strictly implement regulations on prevention and control of Covid-19 epidemic at centers for nurturing people with meritorious services, social assistance units, SOS Children's Villages, drug detoxification units, hospitals.
Regularly cleaning and disinfecting to prevent and combat epidemics, ensuring safety for officials, public servants, officials and employees. Suspencing the visit, gifts at the facilities until April 15, 2020.
To direct the payment of merits and social protection allowances to ensure the safety of the subjects and payers.
Directing units to coordinate with local authorities and health facilities to develop a contingency plan for implementing isolation and treatment measures according to the regulations of the health sector in case of anyone infected by Covid-19.
- General Directorate of Vocational Training: Promoting communication on the mass media on career counseling, enrollment; strengthening the application of information technology in enrollment, online training, completion and deployment of online public services.
For vocational training institutions or agencies where are arranged as solation centers for the prevention and control of Covid-19 epidemic, it is necessary to prepare the best conditions and avoid infection with officials, civil servants, officials, teachers, workers and related people at the facility.
