Call Center 111 receives information about the 62 trillion VND support package
(LĐXH)- From May 1, 2020, Call Center 111 has officially received information that reflects people's recommendations on the implementation of the social security support package of VND 62 trillion to about 20 million people who are in difficulty by COVID-19 pandemic.

Whereby, the Head of the Steering Committee is Minister Dao Ngoc Dung, the Deputy Heads are Deputy Ministers of the MoLISA.
The Steering Committee has the task of urging and inspecting units and localities in the implementation of policies to support people meeting with difficulties caused by the COVID-19 pandemic; assess the situation and results of the implementation of policies to support people in difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Also in Decision 474, the MoLISA announced the hotline through Call Center 111 to answer the problems when implementing the support policy.
Call Center 111 officially began receiving information from May 1, 2020. Receiving telephone numbers reflecting people's recommendations, including: 0913.049.567; 0977.976.686 and 0913.378.816.
Previously, on April 24, the Prime Minister issued Decision 15/2020/QĐ-TTg regulating the implementation of policies to support people facing difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Accordingly, the Prime Minister stipulates the conditions and order of supporting the subjects meeting with difficulties due to the following COVID-19 pandemic as following:
- The employee suspends the employment contract or leaves without pay;
- Household business;
- The employee has been terminated labor contract or employment contract but ineligible for unemployment benefits;
- The employee who does not sign the labor contract has lost his/her job;
- People with meritorious services to the revolution; the poor, near-poor households and social protection beneficiaries.
- Employers borrow money to pay job stoppage wages to employees./.
