This award caps a year of significant achievements as the company celebrates its 15th anniversary in Vietnam next month:
- - The Casa Herbalife Vietnam Program was launched in 2013, in alignment with the Herbalife Family Foundation (HFF)’s goal helping provide the proper nutrition and education necessary for the wellness of children and other individuals in need. In 2024, Herbalife Vietnam announced five new Casa Herbalife partnerships: K Hospital (Hanoi), Gia Lai Social Protection Center, An Tay Children's Protection Center (Hue), Khoai Chau School of Rehabilitation and Vocational Training for the Disabled (Hung Yen province), and Tra Vinh Social Protection Center. With the five new Casa Herbalife partnerships announced, the Casa Herbalife Vietnam Program has expanded to 15 locations nationwide, with grants totaling over USD 1 million (nearly VND 25.5 billion), aiding over 3,000 people in need. Globally, HFF distributed $5 million in grants this year to 164 nonprofit organizations across 59 countries and territories,
- - In response to typhoon Yagi and floods in northern Vietnam this year, Herbalife Vietnam contributed VND2.86 billion (approximately US$116,000) to support the victims. This includes VND857 million contributed by Herbalife Vietnam’s independent members and employees.
- - Herbalife Vietnam also partnered with the HCMC Blood Transfusion Hematology Hospital and the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion to host Voluntary Blood Donation Day 2024 at its offices in HCMC and Hanoi, helping to collect 294 units of blood.
- - Earlier, Herbalife Vietnam was awarded the "Social Impact Award" at the Food Hero Award Ceremony 2024 by the Association for Food Transparency (AFT), the Global Food Bank Network (GFN) and the Vietnam Food Bank (Food Bank Vietnam). The award recognizes Herbalife Vietnam's significant contributions to improving the daily nutrition of over 3,000 people in need through the company's long-term program: Casa Herbalife Vietnam Program.
- - Herbalife Vietnam was also honored by the Saigon Times as a business that contributes to economic, social, and environmental development, serving as a platform to spread the spirit of corporate social responsibility through practical contributions to the community and society.
