(LĐXH)- One of the focus of action in 2023 of the Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs sector is to continue to make a drastic change in the quality and effectiveness of vocational education, especially in training skilled human resources, high-quality human resources; as well as developing vocational education closely linked with the labour market.

Accordingly, first, the MoLISA will focus on developing vocational education, linking vocational training with the labour market to meet high-quality human resources for the country's socio-economic development and international integration.

Second, continue to perfect the system of legal documents on vocational education and skill development; implementing the Vocational Education Development Strategy for the period of 2021-2030, the Master plan on the network of vocational education institutions for the period of 2021-2030, with a vision to 2045.

Third, MoLISA will focus on directing the arrangement, receipt and restructuring of the system of vocational education institutions from other ministries and branches; to form and develop national and regional centres for high-quality vocational training and practice in three regions according to the Vocational Education Development Strategy.

Fourth, strengthen the training of skilled human resources, especially high-quality human resources.

Fifth, training to develop labor skills and timely supply to meet the needs of the labor market, especially the needs of foreign-invested enterprises.

MoLISA will also launch pilot training programs for industries and occupations to meet the 4th industrial revolution./.
