Deputy Minister Nguyen Ba Hoan received the President of JOE Union
(LĐXH)- On June 28, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (MoLISA), Deputy Minister Nguyen Ba Hoan had a meeting with Ms. Kitazawa Tomoko, President of JOE Union, Senior Executive Director of Camcom Group about the sending Vietnamese workers to work in Japan.
Deputy Minister Nguyen Ba Hoan highly appreciated the efficiency of labour cooperation between Vietnam and Japan over the past time.
The Deputy Minister praised the JOE Union and Camcom Group for their positive contributions to the cooperation relationship between the two countries, specifically, in 2022, the Group sent about 300 Vietnamese workers to work in Japan.
At the event, Ms. Kitazawa Tomoko informed that the JOE union's goal is to train Japanese language and Japanese culture for workers to meet the recruitment needs of enterprises.
Camcom Corporation was established in 2005 and now has more than 150 branches throughout Japan. It provides local support services, digital content delivery, recruitment of foreign workers such as technical interns, special skill workers, engineers and post-employment support.
Ms. Kitazawa Tomoko hoped that JOE Union and Camcom Group could cooperate more closely with Vietnam in order to minimize costs for workers when working in Japan.
In addition, providing initial support on daily life for workers to adapt to life in Japan, and especially supporting Vietnamese workers to get a job after returning home.
Deputy Minister Nguyen Ba Hoan affirmed that the Vietnamese side is always ready to support JOE Union and Camcom Group during their operation in Vietnam.
The Deputy Minister suggested that the JOE Union and Camcom Group create the best conditions for Vietnamese workers to work in Japan, and at the same time have a voice for the Japanese Government to amend and supplement policies on foreign labour, ensuring the rights of Vietnamese workers./.
