Deputy Minister Nguyen Ba Hoan received the President of Success Group INC of Japan
(LĐXH)- Deputy Minister of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs (MoLISA) Nguyen Ba Hoan had a meeting with Mr. Mukasa - President of Success Group INC of Japan on March 13.
In particular, he also highly appreciated the Group's proposal to the Governor of Ibaraki Province to bring 1,000 trainees/year to this province to work (in which, Success will be the unit participating in training on culture, working methods, etc. in Japan).
The Deputy Minister said that Vietnam - Japan cooperation in the past 50 years has achieved many positive results in many sectors, in which, sending workers to work in Japan has been a bright spot in recent years.
Mr. Musaka outlined the need to receive workers and interns from the Japanese side. Specifically, at present, Japan's population is increasingly aging and there is a shortage of human resources in the sector of nurses.
“Vietnamese workers have a very respectful working spirit, high skills and serious working attitude. Therefore, Success Group wishes to focus on creating a better working environment, as well as introducing new jobs for Vietnamese workers and interns, especially in the social service industry. We really want to find good human resources to train properly and bring them to Japan to work” – the President of Success Group emphasized./.
