Deputy Minister Nguyen Thi Ha received the CEO of Care for Children
(LĐXH)- Deputy Minister Nguyen Thi Ha and leaders of several units under MoLISA had a meeting with Mr. Robert Glover, Executive Director of Care for Children (CFC) on May 12.
Deputy Minister Nguyen Thi Ha expressed her pleasure to welcome Mr. Robert Glover and colleagues to visit and work at MoLISA.
She recognized and appreciated the good cooperation between MoLISA and Care for Children in supporting disadvantaged children in Vietnam through the implementation of alternative care models.
The Deputy Minister hopes that in the future, the two sides can replicate this model in many localities so that the program can help more children, especially those affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Deputy Minister also shared with Mr. Robert Glover about Vietnam's policies to support social protection beneficiaries and children affected by the recent COVID-19 pandemic.
At the event, Mr. Robert Glover highly appreciated the results achieved in the implementation of the alternative care model in Vietnam.
Over the past time, despite many difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the implementation of the alternative care model in Vietnam has still achieved remarkable results.
He said that based on these results, the two sides will identify potential cooperation in the coming time./.
