Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Hoi monitored the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic in HCM City
(LĐXH)- On August 31, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Hoi - Head of the Special Working Group of the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs in the South visited some residential areas in Phu Nhuan District and District 11 (HCMC) to understand the COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control as well as social security care for the people of these localities.

He also checked the social security care for people in Ward 11 (District 11).
Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Hoi graciously concerned the health and life of people, especially poor and near-poor households and those who are renting houses facing difficulties due to the epidemic.
Then, he and the Working Group of the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs came to work with the leaders of Phu Nhuan District and District 11.
He acknowledged the efforts of local leaders in mobilizing a large force of resources and human resources in epidemic prevention and control to ensure social security for the lives of the people.
However, in order to be more effective for epidemic prevention and control and to ensure social security for the people, the Deputy Minister asked the authorities at all levels to uphold the spirit and responsibility of the collective and of each individual to ensure support for needed people.
At the same time, the authorities must review and speed up the work of supporting people and workers in difficulty due to COVID-19 pandemic./.
