By 2025, the rate of multi-dimensional poor and near-poor households will reduce by at least 60 percent based on the multidimensional poverty measure in 2022-2025 phase.
By 2025, average income of poor and near-poor households in these districts is expected to increase by 1.8 times compared to that of 2020./.
