Ho Chi Minh City needs a policy to retain employees: MoLISA’s Deputy Minister Le Tan Dung
(LĐXH)- At the meeting with the HCMC's Department of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs on October 6, Deputy Minister Le Tan Dung requested that the Department should continue to advise the People's Committee of HCMC on policies to retain workers and call for workers to return to the city to work.

The Department also always takes good care of people with meritorious services, children and those in social protection facilities. In particular, the Department promptly advised the city to deploy support for orphans by Covid-19 pandemic.
However, Deputy Minister Le Tan Dung noted that the HCMC’s Department of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs needs to further strengthen the prevention and control of the COVID-19 pandemic.
At the same time, the Department should speed up the payment of the third support package for people and workers and complete the support by the end of October 15, 2021.
The city also should also have policies to support businesses and cooperate with businesses to welcome workers back to the city to work safely./.
