Online Hotline to support people facing difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic
(LĐXH)- From July 22, 2021, the Government Portal announced and operated the "Online Hotline" to support people facing difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic under the Resolution 68/NQ-CP of the Government and Decision 23/2021/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister.

The Government Portal requests ones who meet urgent problems and problems arising in the process of accessing and benefiting from support policies, sending feedback and recommendations to the Government Portal through the following forms:

- Fill and send information according to the form at: hotro.chinhphu.vn.
Note: Specify the content of the proposal, phone number and residential address.
The Government Portal will receive feedbacks and recommendations promptly and forward them to competent agencies for settlement./.
