(LĐXH)- In the first 7 months of 2024, the total number of Vietnamese workers working abroad was 89,874 workers (27,723 female workers), reaching 81.89% of the 2024 plan.

Of which, Taiwan is the leading market with 5,284 workers (1,601 female workers); followed by the markets: Japan 4,828 workers (2,173 female workers); Korea: 187 workers (0 female workers), China: 260 workers (0 female workers), Singapore: 158 workers (0 female workers), Romania: 83 workers (09 female workers) and other markets.
Thus, in the first 7 months of 2024, the total number of Vietnamese workers working abroad was 89,874 workers (27,723 female workers), reaching 81.89% of the 2024 plan.
Including the Japanese market: 45,425 workers (18,036 female workers), Taiwan: 33,122 workers (8,531 female workers), South Korea: 5,769 workers (548 female workers), China: 1,314 workers (0 female workers), Singapore: 767 workers (0 female workers), Romania: 462 workers (47 female workers) and other markets.
In 2024, Vietnam plans to send 125,000 workers to work abroad under contracts./.
