The Republic of Korea receives seasonal workers from Vietnam
(LĐXH)- In Resolution No. 59/NQ-CP, the Government agreed to continue piloting the sending of Vietnamese workers to work seasonally in The Republic of Korea through cooperation between localities of the two countries within 5 years, from January 1, 2022.

Accordingly, North Jeolla province said on May 6 that it had recruited 52 Vietnamese seasonal workers to work on farms.
In this phase, this province received 27 workers and arranged jobs at 17 farms growing watermelons, red peppers and sesame leaves.
As planned, on May 10, Jinan district will continue to receive 25 more workers from Vietnam./.
